Standard check-in time is at 14:00pm
Standard check-out time is at 11:00pm
Late check-out requests may only be made at the reception desk & will be offered based on availability.
Cancellation policy
Guests can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.
If cancelled within those 14 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled within those 14 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
To secure a booking, 50% of the total cost has to be paid.
Additional fees & Charges
16% GST - not included in the price (unless specified).
10% service charge - not included in the price (unless specified).
$3 green tax per person per night - not included in the price (unless specified).
Child policies
Children of all ages are allowed.
ADDITIONAL RATES, REQUIREMENTS & BILLING OPTIONS

– Children below 2 can stay for free.
– Children aged 3-12 & sharing a bed with a parent will be charged $10 per night.
– Cribs are charged $10 per night.
– Children aged 3-12 are charged $20 per night for an extra bed.
– Those aged 13 & above are charged $30 per night for an extra bed.
– Cash payments in USD/EURO/GBP are accepted.
– Bank charges of 3.5% apply for card payments.
– On request, guests are allowed to pay online through their preferred payment method.
